High-End Designer Flips One-Bedroom Home
Luxury designer Yvette Irene purchased a fixer-upper home at Riva Pointe in Weehawken in 2019. Upon completing the renovation a year later, she realized she had outgrown the space. It was Yvette's desire to sell. The beauty of her home inspired Paul LeMarc Brown at Prominent Properties Sotheby's to recommend an aggressive price. He listed her condominium. In just four days, her home was under contract for $585K. The property closed with a 20% appreciation in value.
